Melisa is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical College and is in her 29 th year of dental assisting, sharing the time working in pediatric and general dentistry. She has made many friendships with co- workers and patients throughout the years and is happy to have joined the Van Hoof Dental team. She is a lifetime resident of the Kimberly/Darboy area and is a huge dog lover.
When she is not at work, she enjoys fostering for a local animal rescue, going up north and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, her Shepard and cat. Melisa sees life as an adventure and loves every moment!
If you hear singing, humming, or whistling when you are at the office, it’s most likely coming from Alyssa! “I like talking with people in general, but getting people to actually like going to the dentist by telling funny stories, helping them understand the importance of dentistry, or even helping them find ways to afford the treatment they need is what I love!”
When not at the office Alyssa loves to cook and bake. She enjoys anything that involves music, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters (and their significant others), her 1 son, and her dog and grand-dogs.
Abby graduated from the hygiene program at Fox Valley Technical college. She was raised in Darboy and loves spending time with her family. She especially loves spoiling her nephew! She enjoys working out, hanging out with her close friends, and shopping at Home Goods. What she loves the most about working at Van Hoof Dental is the fabulous teammates, wonderful patients, and being able to educate her patients on their oral health as well as their overall health.
Anna grew up in Kimberly and has been interested in dentistry since she was a child. She graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 2009 from the Dental Assisting program, and then in 2018 from the Dental Hygiene program. “I love getting to know patients of all ages; helping them feel relaxed and comfortable and leaving with a happy and healthy smile!” In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, two cats, family and friends. She loves trying new foods and restaurants, practicing yoga, and being outdoors either hiking, kayaking, or camping.
Karin started her dental career at our office in 2005 when she graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Fox Valley Technical College. She continued her education there and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 2010. She enjoys helping patients of all ages, especially young children. Karin is passionate about educating patients concerning their oral health needs. In her free time, Karin likes to garden and cook. She loves a good workout, especially running and biking.
Jeanne is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical college dental assisting program. She has been living her childhood dream, as becoming a dental assistant, for the last 38 years! In her time off, she enjoys many activities with her husband, four children, their spouses, granddaughter, and has another grandchild on the way this summer! Jeanne loves football and baseball games, traveling, and spending time in Door County, WI where they have a camper. “Working with and helping people of all ages makes my job very rewarding.” She strives to get to know each patient and to make their visit a great experience!
Lindsey started at our office as a dental assistant after graduating from the program at Fox Valley Technical College in 2000. Lindsey is a natural at forming long-lasting relationships with our patients. She loves to cook and try out new recipes, and is famous for her chocolate chip cookies. She enjoys spending time camping with her friends and family.
Lynnzie is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical college dental assisting program. She has always dreamed of becoming a dental assistant and is very excited to be apart of the Van Hoof Dental team! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends and family, especially her niece and nephew! Lynnzie enjoys year round fun here in Wisconsin that include hunting, fishing, camping, and boating.
